Why isn’t my SmartKiddo toy turning on?
If your SmartKiddo toy won’t power up, don’t worry — try these steps:
1. Charge the Battery
Make sure the toy is correctly connected to the charger, then let it charge for a full day. Keep in mind that the very first charge can take longer than usual.
2. Check the Connection
Double-check that the charging cable is firmly plugged in and that your power source is working.
